My husband has attended Tees Valley Hospital on several occasions. Yesterday he went for his second Gastroscopy. He found the nurses and health care staff very professional and friendly making him feel at ease. He also said the consultant was polite with him. Just to let you know that he thinks you are first class and a massive thank you to you all.

Went for a dental xray. Parking was free and convenient. Reception clean and welcoming as well. They do follow all covid 19 procedures (a free mask if offered incase you forgot yours). The doctor who attended to me made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Never seen or used this sort of xray machine before so he explained to me what to do which made me more relaxed about the process. Everything is wiped down after use including the pen. Overall it was a pleasant experience and will definitely give them a 5 star recommendation.
I went for a MRI scan I was scared but the staff made me feel better they where kind and caring and explained everything Thank you . I would recommend this hospital it's clean and covid safe and most of all it's freindly and very welcoming
Nice new premises but really need to sort the telephones out. They never answer it. I tried to complain but was told it's due to busy staff and long queues??? 3 times I drove to the place just to sort appointments
The Consultant was amazing , patient and understanding. His questions were very thorough though not invasive which was quite the relief for me , I can’t say his name , but he is good at what he does and a job he was made for . Thank you to him and the staff at this important time in history with a virus crisscrossing the country. I was told it wouldn’t take more than ten days to get the information to my doctor to get the medications needed , but it seems he was wrong on this and I have a few weeks to wait . All in all I had a great experience here and would recommend anyone take the opportunity to get their appointment here . Thank you to all at TeesValley Church Lane Hospital .
