The majority of the reception staff/nurses are very rude, the treatments are of very poor quality had to pay twice to have the same milia removed and it still hasn't gone. Started some obagi skincare and the very rude nurse told me of for having started using the skincare before having an 'official meet up ' with her, baring in mind I had already seen her and I'm sure as a doctor I can work out how to use a cleanser, toner and benzyl peroxide and the fact that she had a folder in front of her throughout which didn't have my name on it. They also did not tell me when the skincare products had arrived that I had paid for had to hound them myself. Also twice been called the wrong name, I know I wear a headscarf but don't just naively think i am the Asian name you have on the system that has an appt. I've since moved away from them and now go to Dr Rashpal Singh for my skin which is amazing cannot recommend enough and avita yarm for laser treatments.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Sk:n to my friends & colleagues. I am very pleased with the results I have received. I have also bought some of their skin care products which I am delighted with.

Was asked for a deposit incase I didn't turn up for the appointment, had to ring up to get my credit card payment back after been offered a free consultation this should have been automatically refunded after my consultation, how many deposits do they keep, didn't feel like I got the advice I wanted on how effective the treatment would be, felt like the company were only interested in getting my money and not the overall outcome or customer satisfaction!
