I ordered online to pick up instore for convenience, save time and to reduce people contact during COVID and the service was apalling. I waited over 20 minutes in long queue. There was 2 tills open dealing with sales and returns and 5 self check outs. Why don't they have a pick up point for click and collect?

Great place to shop for good quality clothing especially if your not a fully paid up member of the pretentious poser brigade. The range of stock and styles available at very competitive prices is amazing. Its certainly worth the time to take the opportunity to browse around the store. The staff are very friendly and helpful and usually can't do enough to help. The parking is very good and free. I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.
Avoid as a DPD pickup point. Despite DPDs instructions saying I would only require the pickup pass to collect my parcel , the staff member refused to scan it or even look at it. She demanded to know the contents of my parcel and insisted I present 2 separate forms of ID. When I seemed reluctant to provide this over abundance of deeply personal information, the staff member was condescending to me and treated me with suspicion.
If your not a follower of expensive Fashion, what's there not to like, some bargains in here at a fraction of the price. A logo or a word means sod all to me most of the time. Always friendly chatty staff in Middlesbrough branch.
Not happy with the service at all ordered 2 tops on the 26th of November for them to be here no later than the 3rd of December for a works Xmas party they didn’t turn up emailed asking about my order got no reply rang them for them to say it’s been lost and can’t send them so giving my my money back not a sorry or anything wont be shopping from there again
