Brilliant, I went into the auto centre to ask a about a wheel bearing. Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was great. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He understood my problem and advised me where to go for the auto part, he even went to the trouble of searching where I can find the part and the part number on his computer and gave me directions. I very much appreciate his advise and kindness because you don’t get many people in today’s world.

My preferred method of payment is American express in order to get air miles. On paying my almost 800 bill l was told American express had declined it twice so had to pay by visa. On checking why they had declined it American express told me they hadnt it had been cancelled by Halfords. This is not on . I wont be using Halfords again. (Though the workmanship and service was excellent)

First time having a MOT on my car. Halfords were super friendly, easy online booking. The MOT itself was very prompt and I was emailed all the info straight afterwards. Great customer service! I will be getting all future MOT’s and services with Halfords. Definitely recommend.

Ist Major service on a 2 year old Ford Fiesta. The service was 1st class, the receptionist was extremely helpful and courteous, explaining everything in detail. The car now runs much better, I would highly recommend Halfords for car service. Having asked for a \Ford service\ using genuine Ford parts for the warranty, we were advised this would be more expensive than the original quoted price. The price we were then given was around 30.00 more than our local Ford main dealer had quoted, when we pointed this out, Halfords matched the price. So excellent service thank you.
