Went in at Christmas time to buy Rolex sub Mariner spoke to Brian who is very knowledgeable unfortunately for me did not take his advice So when I realised the advice which Brian had given me was absolutely correct so I decided to buy one off yourselves telephone Brian and he put me on the list thankfully and as soon as one arrived he telephoned so I bought it Without hesitation I picked it up Sunday 26 May everyone of the staff Were lovely and helpful nothing was too much trouble I think Brian runs it that way no pressure he has put me on the list for three different models which I am very excited after taking his advice I would Highly recommend that shop with no hesitation and will definitely be back thank you

Awful service and rubbish quality jewellery. Bought a wedding ring , the stone popped out after 3 months even though we had a warranty they still insisted it was my wife’s fault the stone popped out and said they’ll do us a good will gesture where we only have to pay 50% of the cost, we went ahead and had it fixed however the stone popped out again 6 months later this time however we’d have to pay the full cost of repair even though it was still under warranty they reckon it’s not a manufacture fault. Absolute rubbish, relevant authorities have been notified.
