At first seemed like the cheapest and only place open during this lockdown ordered 2 bottles and was told would be delivered the day after, to receive a phone call saying they were really busy and would have to be tomorrow then tomorrow came and the next excuse was that he had tried to call and had been left 3 hours with no response yet i have a screen shot of the messages and i can confirm it took 4 mins to respond and still didnt recieve the bottles.. so to summarise 3 days ago we ordered some gas had roughly 3 diffrent excuses and still haven't recieved any so the only option left was to source alternative and warn others of the complete and utter mess around from start to finish Amendment to this after receiving a response to my review.. anyone who is interested in seeing the screen shots of the messages and responses to prove that, 1. That we responded to ever message and call and was never told it could be upto 3 days you mentioned you were very busy but never mentioned at all any diffrence in delivery,, i dont have to do anything your lack of customer service and bad attitude will do more than i could ever do.. i just hope no body who desperately needs gas has the misfortune of coming across yourselves... people would rather pay 5quid more for reliable and polite service thanks
