I've just spent an hour and a half lining up at customer service to get a set of 12.99 headphones replaced. I bought them almost 4 months ago and they broke... little did i realise this would result in such a long stand. Only one member of staff working.

Can't rate this place highly enough. Ordered 2 tvs after Christmas using their online click and collect service and have to say it worked perfectly. Signed in to the website when infront of the store and the guy brought the tvs out within 5 minutes. No hassle, no fuss, great service
