I couldn't rate the service that we received from McGinley's more highly. From the small details such as paperwork to the bigger details such as the funeral service, everything was outstanding! What we particularly realised upon reflection is how much attention to detail there had been. Gary was so compassionate, I almost feel as though we're friends at the end of all of this. He was so efficient, respectful and well organised. Gary didn't rush or advise to add on a lot of extras, being authentic and honest in what he thought we may want and need. He was also readily available at all times. Thank you.
After my sister passed away on the 22nd December 2019 I went to Colin mcginleys as per her arrangements but after 15 mins I left as all they were concert about was money as they wanted it all up front before anything so being the next of kin I over ruled everything and went else where and must say after 2 hours got put at ease and dealt with it all so I would never recommend mcginleys to any one it made it harder as I live 400 mile away at your worst time all they kept mentioning was money, money ,money
Garry and his team helped us at a really difficult time ,compassionate, and very caring ,they looked after my husband and also us as a family, they were there to answer any questions we had ,cannot thank them enough .
Gary Savage was unbelievable he took over and made everyone at ease throughout the whole process. He is a brilliant organiser with a wealth of experience and ideas at such a difficult time . The whole sad experience was made much easier to bare under his direction.
I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Colin McGinley Funeral Services who have recently taken care of all of our arrangements and carried out a funeral for my mother in law. From the professionalism of the staff down to the quality of the vehicles Colin McGinley Funeral Services made the whole experience that our family has had to endure that little bit easier to deal with. Although this is not a service I hope to use anytime in the near future Colin McGinley Funeral Services will be the first person we call or recommend to others if their services are needed. We are not from this part of the country, so took advice on which company to use. So glad to have used McGinleys.
