There were too many staff in more than a few aisles taking up room packing stacked crates of online shopping orders and it was making it difficult for in-store customers to pick-up their own shopping off the shelves. Maybe to do this at another time other than a busy Sat morning/lunchtime!!

Absolute joke of a 'superstore' and the so called manager big Ste.... Wow. Was trying to write the complaint form out about s member of staff who was blocking the Isle with a click and collect trolley and when I told him to move it he was clever with me so I told him to shut up and sort it out, he then felt the need to turn to his other click and collect friend and start slagging me off..... So when I went to fill in the complaint form big Ste came over and basically started telling me how I had threatened a member of staff and when I said I had done nothing of the sort I was then accused of squaring up to the lad aswell which never happened at all and when I disbuted this nonsense I was told to leave and that I was now banned from shopping there!

The store was clean. The only let down was two members of staff who were swapping shifts on the tills. We had an item from the shelves that needed to be collected (ps4 game) and the guy went over to get it, was barely 2 minutes and said there weren't any. It was too much trouble for him to see if any in back store because he wanted to finish his shift. The lady who took over was rude and said it must have been out of stock. There was no sticker on the case to say so. She didn't give a toss and was abruptly rude. Not a very pleasant experience in this shop at all. Shame when the rest of the staff were helpful. Date visited : 25th August 2020.
