My wife spent approximately three weeks at Regency West. Everyone was great to work with. The nurses, therapy team, aids, and even the housekeepers were extremely friendly and took great care of my wife. They weaned her off her ventilator and fought hard for her to get accepted in to an acute rehab. Everyone truly seem invested in my wife’s recovery. Nurses would come in just to check on her because they heard how she was progressing. All in all I wish my wife didn’t need a facility like this, but I’m glad it was here when she needed it. The Negative reviews that I read versus the care my wife received, makes me wonder if they are reviewing the right Regency Hospital

I would NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone ever!!! My Mom was there in 2013 the staff was horrible let her lay in her own urine would scream at her etc. When I came in every night to see her no one was around no help what so ever. My mom went from alert knowing what was going on to completely unconscious. The doctor and staff were the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life . My Mom passed in 2013 few months after going to regency . This place is awful save your self and your family member some heartache .
All the people are so great and special. I got treated the right way and it was incredible how everyone impacted how well I am doing.
My husband was a patient at Regency West after being on a ventilator in ICU at Fairview Hospital with Covid pneumonia. He was transferred to Regency West for continued care. The staff at Regency were wonderful. They were very caring and efficient and took excellent care of my husband. They kept me updated with everything that was happening to my husband on a daily basis. I will be forever grateful to the entire staff for their help in getting my husband on the road to receovery!!!!! I would highly recommend this facility for excellent, compasionate care.
I have been hear since i left Fairview an was not wanting to go to a nursing home i wanted to go home but their is no home health care as covid is in full gear this place is wonderful all departments i cant say enough great things the therapy department knew my story an i had no clothes coming from a trama situation so i can honestly say my therapist gave me what anyone could put in a few bags an i am happy to say even though i have never met your husband im so happy to have been able to get in his pants their are so many over worked underpaid staff here that still come to work in these trying times stretched to the limits still with the grace of GOD come here do their jobs to the fullest an make you feel like you are hear to get better an onto going home an they are here for YOU an what ever you need want or do they are their every step of the way an my last step is set for December 21st as i cant wait to get home as it has been awhile i have ment people who have touched my heart an made me stop an apphsheate the medical facility that not only saved me but gave me reason to believe anything is possible when you have a whole family behind you asking how is today an you matter
