Very friendly staff. I'm looking for a new bass but don't know what I really want. Even with covid restrictions they let me try a number out.. they were also very helpful over the phone. Like lot of business covid has hit them hard so please give them a try..

Huge selection of guitars, sheet music and other instruments, many of which can be picked up and played. Very friendly staff, and free coffee if you want it. It's a shame we live 300 miles away as we'd visit more often! We were on holiday so no room in the car for an AC30 or new guitars. We could only buy some new strings! Take a look. Well worth the visit.
Had my Ibanez electric guitar fixed (wire resoldered) and new strings fitted. Plus general guitar maintenance, all at very reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this music shop.
Big shout out for MWNC who saved my gig at Garthmyl hall 4 years ago by staying open on a saturday evening so i could race down and buy a Hi Hat clutch which saved my evenings work , the young lad who served me came from just up the road from my home town Colchester so small world the missing clutch turned up 4 years latter in my band leaders wires and leads bag .still first class servivce and thanks again
Fantastic collection of new and second hand instruments. They stock electric and acoustic guitars, basses and drum, as well as lots of amps. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
