Took in 2 laptops, one screen repair other was a wipe and removal of virus. Fantastic fast service and very good value. Very friendly, knowledgeable and even assisted when i rang after completed regarding a different issue to help resolve a brightness issue locked on the screen. Best tech shop around by far, so i wouldn't bother looking anywhere else!!. If i could give more than a 5 star i would. Great customer service, knowledge and timescales.
The technical staff, especially Zishan, is knowledgeable. In the last few months, I took in couple of laptops for repair. He did excellent job on those. One MacBookAir (7yrs old, Apple wouldn't touch) did not work for long after a repair. He refunded the whole amount in full. We are lucky to have such a shop nearby where you know the job will be done well at a fair price.
I thought the service was very professional and would definitely recommend. I really appreciated that they diagnosed what was wrong with my phone before asking me to pay for any upgrades. I had complete trust in them and cannot recommend enough!!!
