I can’t wait for COVID-19 to be over because this place will be great for live music and intimate gatherings. Now, it is great for take out and dining in with all precautions being heeded, great ambiance, food, and staff are delightful!

Excellent service and great food. We had a nice anniversary dinner, my wife especially liked sitting at a table near the fire. Looking forward to future visits.

The best NY style pizza I've had in the DC area and they will make specialty pizzas as well, so long as they have the ingredients. I plan on coming back to try the pumpkin raviolis and house made pastas soon. Their staff is also super friendly and attentive.

What a perfect night me and my fiancé had! After being warmly greeted by the owners wife, we were lucky enough to be sat right next to the fire place! The ambiance was so beautiful, warm and cozy on such a cold, snowy and icy night! So cozy I wish I was able to put on my PJs and eat at the table. The customer service was completely perfect! The drinks were amazing and the food was cooked to perfection! I got the Lobster Ravioli & my fiancé got the steak! The appetizer was grilled shrimp with lemon butter sauce and for desert we had the lemon mascarpone cake and brownie!! ..I’m already thinking about what to get when we come back! Thank you for a beautiful evening! ️

Michael’s reminds me more of an old school Italian restaurant with some of the typical tomato based sauces. What I liked about the restaurant was that it was in a quaint townhouse with fireplaces and had a comfortable feel to it. With so many corporate and restaurant groups around the area, it is nice to have a sole proprietor with their own establishment. My eggplant parmesan had a rich sauce and there was plenty of eggplant. They also serve pizza. Overall, it was a decent experience and I would like to try some of the other pastas.
