Ordered over the phone for a collection, girl on the phone was lovely and very helpful. Went in to collect my order at the time given by the girl and it wasn’t quite ready yet. I was asked to wait to the side and was told my order would be ready in a few minutes. The young lad making my kebabs put the wrong salad and sauce on them. Accidents happen and things can be misread. When the young girl informed the lad that it was wrong he replied with “are you serious, f**k sake” (not the most professional when customers are in the store) After my order was corrected two members of staff checked to ensure it was correct which I thought was very good of them, they even put it in a paper bag for me as I had to travel back to Woodford. All is well and food was lovely. Thank you for your service and lovely meals.

I travel 4 miles just to have there fish and chips even though I have a chip shop in my village, best fish and chips around

Came in drenched as I work door to door. The staff were very obliging, allowed me to sit in for a coffee to warm up (even with the pandemic!) Great service and very friendly people. Good food on top of that too. Can't lose here!

Cant fault the place. Best chip shop in daventry by a country mile. Excellent food, friendly staff, quick service. And they deliver, which is rare. Keep up the excellent work guys.
