the worst thing imaginable happened to us, we lost our mam but having used Kennedy’s funeral service for other family members we knew exactly where our mam was going to and who we wanted to look after her, Gemma Kennedy, Gemma treated mam like her own, when we asked her to look after her and she said she would, we knew she wasn’t just saying it she really did, it made us leaving her in the chapel a lot more bearable knowing Gemma was there with her we knew exactly how we wanted my Mams special day and she completely let us take charge of it all pointing us in the right direction to get it how we wanted and she created the most amazing order of service that we asked for, we have know Gemma over the years through other family members passing and she has always been dignified in what she does but this time she was outstanding, and the attention she gave to our mam was second to none, she is a true living angel and we will never forget her kindness and friendship that we developed, she is someone we would class as a friend, I am sure it was hard for her to arrange my Mams funeral having known her personally but she conducted herself professionally at all times even though I’m sure she was upset Gemma Kennedy we will never forget the kindness and compassion shown at all times by you We thank you Lisa Knight and all the Family of Jackie Fletcher xxxxx

I Highly recommend this funeral parlour, they treated my son like family from start to finish Gemma looked after all of us even down to massaging my sons hands every night and making us all feel comfortable. The staff was amazing from start to finish every little touch was perfect even down to the flags on the cars so thankyou Gemma. It should of been the worst day of my life but this lady turned it around and made it the specialist most rememberable days of my life.
