I called to enquire about a 3 bedrooms property to rent from this agency and the only requirement was no children and no pet. Despite meeting these requirements and answering some questions, I was then told the landlord only want one single person to rent all of the 3 bedrooms or a couple and for this I was denied a viewing. This was not mentioned on their website. This was just pure discrimination because it does not make sense for one person to rent a 3 bedrooms house.

I originally posted a review around a slow response time, comparatively to other estate agents in the area. However it's apparent they take their reviews and feedback seriously. They've been nothing but helpful. (Posting as someone whom is viewing Michael Graham properties on offer) they keep us regularly updated on the houses we viewed and also share with us new properties in our range.

Not only was my wife dissatisfied by your service but also insulted twice by your sales man . She made an email enquiry regarding a 500k house and was told unless we had sold ours the vendors would not accept a viewing ! My wife reply was we have sold ours ..there was no attempt to call us or enquiry from your side until a week later in which she explained and not for the first time as she spoke to a Stephanie via email with interest into a property in emerson Valley offering the asking price which she repeated on Wednesday 23rd Sept 2020 at 7.30pm at night ! She offered 450k and he told her she needed to wait until her viewing appointment on Sunday 27th sept 2020 . She was then called today on 26th sept and told that it was cancelled due to the original buyers being accepted on an offer after all !!. She was told no offers until Sunday and it would be put into a bidding war and to offer the most I can afford as it will sell for over the asking price as lots of interest ... how is that right .I Shall be reporting to the FCA as this is totally wrong .
