If I could boil down the reasons that convinced me to buy my M3 and be an avid advocate for the brand to one major thing it would have to be DJ. The man lives and breathes TESLA Motors and it shows. No matter who comes into the store he is ready with all the information one could ask for and more. Ever since the Dadeland Mall location opened up I would go in and ask questions and he would always be around to help no matter if I was buying the car that day or not. The day finally came and I can only thank him for his amazing service and pleasant demeanor.

This is one my favorite places, you can play with all of the Tesla models on display, Teslas are amazing cars and actually is a really fun place to visit, staff is nice
I haven’t been to Dadeland in a long time - probably since I went to UM. Came by to see Cristen Sullivan for a test drive. She let us take out the new model Y. We drove it around the University if Miami Campus so I could reminisce and take pictures. The Tesla is like driving an iPhone around. We fell in love with the car. No pressure and her sweet persona had us hook and pretty soon and an hour later we signed up for a new Tesla. It was actually faster than I could imagine. It was closing time since we took a while test driving the car but she never rushed us. Just only notice since the stores in the mall was closing. She offer us sparkling water and help us with our selection to make picking the upgrades easy peasy. I wasn’t even planning on getting a car but just came to see the new Model Y since my friend got one and that fact that it’s affordable. It took a few weeks for my car to get here but we had to Leave to Disney for my daughter’s bday and we missed the car pickup. I was so sad because we were suppose to have a car parade with her class and friends when we got back but they said it was going to take a few weeks to get another Tesla. One phone call to Cristen and 2 days later - I got my Tesla... right in time for my daughter’s car parade birthday party !!! That was awesome! Thanks Cristen and Dadeland Tesla!!
I had a horrible experience here. I was attended by Marcel and George and truly my experience couldn’t have been worse. After weeks of waiting to get my RESERVED Tesla, one hour before the pickup time I get a phone call that they don’t have my car. On top of all of this they proceed to try to sell me another car since they didn’t have mine. Definitely not going back to Tesla.

Beautiful, simplistic and modern store front with cars on display. 2-3 cars to test drive parked in the parking structure near by. Was given freedom to drive the car for about 45-60 mins which was really nice. Tesla has a no haggle price for trade ins and you shouldn't expect a gratuitous offer. Due to a lack of infrastructure for full electric EVs in the south florida area and the low offer on my trade in, we decided to wait a bit to go with tesla. Otherwise, phenomenal product with so much potential for future of EVs. Simple yet modern with a luxury feel to it, the Model Y AWD impressed me both with handling but also comfort, style, and tech. I look forward to owning a full EV in the future. For now we are going with a plug in hybrid. Kate was our salesperson, she was fantastic answering our endless silly questions and helping us understand how to get a charging plug or station in our home. She sold us on the car but the lacking infrastructure in south florida held us back. Look for Kate as she was a terrific salesperson. Only 4 stars for the lacking trade in offer.
Disappointed in the service I received. I was pretty much dismissed. 4 employees, not one person in the store and I was still treated nonchalantly. Tesla isn’t a cheap car and I expected the service to match the luxurious brand. Too bad.
