Worst front desk attention ever. This is my first pregnancy but They talk to you like you’re supposed to know everything. Not to mention that they say one thing over the phone and whenever you get to appt it’s another whole different story. I have to mention that they scheduled one ultrasound that’s supposed to be done at 20 weeks once the baby is fully developed at 18 why? Why do you have to come back again for another ultrasound isn’t it easy if they just schedule your appointment at the right week time? Your baby or you don’t have to go through another extra unnecessary ultrasound, be mindful and ask. Look for information before you do what they tell you to do.
