Equus caballus

If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would. Customer service managers think they can bat their eyelashes and make pilots happy. They do not care if we get our fuel, lav, or anything else in a timely manner, and their attitudes are THE WORST. NO CLUE as to what it means to be on a schedule. They love to charge you too much for the privilege of the worst possible service. They are the only FBO at MIA and they know it. They need some real competition.

Crew car available. No snooze rooms for crew during the pandemic, though. There is still availability for the crews to rest in the crew lounge. Staff always attentive.
