HGi Technologies

I have purchased equipment from a lot of vendors over a 20 year career. HGI is, by far, the best vendor I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is superior to any I have ever experienced

Have always found HGi staff to be courteous and prompt especially when scheduling a service call. Tom Cannon is very knowledgeable, professional and can quickly get the right equipment spec'd at the best price. We highly recommend them for all your office equipment needs.

We have been delighted with the service received from HGi since contracting them for service on our Ricoh copier in 2012. Recently, we received EXCELLENT customer service and repair support from their tech, Frank. We are impressed with the speed with which their team responded to our service call. As a result we were up and running in less than one (1) hour. We are glad to be a part of the HGi service network and highly recommend them here in South Florida!

AAA specially to Ricky the tech for our wide format printers. He is THE BEST tech we've had for our equipment. We've been hiring HGI for the past 6 years and we couldn't be happier with this company.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I decided to make an exception regarding my experience with HGI Technologies. I've leased their color copiers/printers for over 10 years. I don't know and have never met the owners of HGI, but as a small business owner myself, I am in awe of the organization they have put together. From Bill Stewart in sales to Rudy in service and the wonderful people who answer the phone and ship supplies, this is probably the best run company in south Florida with which I've done business of any kind. If you're in the market for a copier/printer, I strongly urge you to call HGI.
