First time at this location in Doral and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional, specially Yoel from the bike department, an A employee and great customer service. He explained everything and at the end convinced me I can learn to ride the bike. Love seeing young employees being great at their job but specially taking the time to listen and talk to the customer. Keep it up.

Really bad customer service they tell you that the store is going to close in 5 mins and when you ask for something tht you want to buy “they don’t have it” and keep saying they are closed! For me thats a really bad customer service ! The worst store ever
