The staff should remember to wear their masks. It’s a shame when they remind a customer but forget themselves as they are potentially exposing all of the customers they come in contact with amongst one another. Aside from the mask issue, a lot of stuff is out of order or not maintained well, it looks like some if it didn’t work pre-pandemic and they are using it as an excuse. Very disappointed with the overall facility; definitely wouldn’t recommend it. One of the staff actually said Ft. Lauderdale had a better one so next time I come to Miami, I’ll make the 30 minute trek north for a cleaner facility.

This place needs a dark room. Sauna and hot tub are both closed. Not much to do other than sit in the sun around the outside pool.
If I gave 2 stars is because few employees work so hard to keep this place welcoming, but some other employees have and need to understand they don't own the place. Please stop the discrimination and disrespecting the clients. Very negative energy coming from the afternoon front desk guy sometimes I don't want to get in, management needs to monitor such behaviour thank you

I had a wonderful time. There are no challenges. Everything happens timely like it should. We all need a place to go as men and enjoy others that are in the same frame of mind. I have no complaints at all. in fact, I give it 10 stars. People that complain have their own issues in life. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Please keep up the great work. Thanks again.
