3 hour wait for an ultrasound check since doctor doesn’t come in till “11am -11:30am” but showed up at 1:30pm. Doctor doesn’t care about you at all, he took forever to get at the facility he rushes you out after ultrasound & nurse does everything for him so you can’t even ask questions since the rest of the women are waiting plus he always busy on his phone while talking to him. With the COVID situation they don’t care about 6 ft distance since you’re literally in one small room with 6 other women waiting with hospital gowns. Don’t recommend.

After reading the comments all I can say is that if you don’t feel comfortable with this awesome place go elsewhere. PERIOD!!!

Went with my girlfriend to this location . Very warm welcome coming from the front desk and nurses , but while doing the ultrasound my girlfriend asked them to let me go in , as soon as I stepped into the room , saw a guy sitting in a chair using his phone , the nurse taking care of her, quickly I asked my g... if he was the doctor ?? The guy who was sitting and she nodded. I believe first impressions matter and specifically when you’re going through a situation like this . Doctor doesn’t make you feel confident about doing any sort of process with him . not recommended at all

The staff makes you feel so comfortable and are supportive of your decision. The doctor was very gentle and efficient. Definitely recommend them to anyone during this rough time.
