Our Mum has been there since August 2016 and all the staff are most caring and attentive. They run excellent daily events. Mum always looks clean and tidy and the place always smells & looks clean ( No smell of wee!!!) . Mike the music man has a wonderful way with them on Tuesday afternoons, and it's such good therapy for those with Dementia.I cannot praise the staff enough

Today I went to see Muriel James(my mum) and it happened to be her second six month review. I’m prompted to remember how mum was before she came to stay at Horfield Lodge. She was emaciated and increasingly isolated, finding the places she knew slipping away from her memory. Now she is happy, superbly well cared for and plump! It is a good time to say thanks to all the dedicated staff who work day and night to make this happen. Mum sleeps well at night and so do I, knowing that mum is in the best place! Thanks everyone!
