Absolute, delicious, fresh, succulent highly tasty Shawarma ️ For me; this is the best Shawarma joint in Leeds. I don’t say this lightly. Trust me! I get around a bit. The effort and service coupled with genuine politeness tips the service into a very positive and warm place. Furthermore; myself being a fussy, particular eater, they were able to customise my wrap to just the way I Love it. Truly hit the spot. One time; I picked up Shawarma’s and their outstanding crispy chips for the family; went home, Ate my Juicy tender Chicken and Halloumi wrap. I was so impressed; that I drove back and got myself another one The balance of sauces and salad for me topped with a mix of Halloumi with my chicken oufffff my taste buds are watering as I write this now. Had many shawarmas in leeds and this is hands down the best Ive had. Large portions of amazing, flavourful food. Hats off to the guys at mezaj. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

First time here and I would go again and again. Brilliant service, Very good service . Food was amazing. Chicken was not dry but juicy and full of flavour. Hummus was good. Can’t complain as food was decently priced. I will be coming here again and again. Best place in Leeds:)

I found this place online while looking for something different to the standard pizza and kebab places that are all over Leeds. After seeing the menu online I drove up to Hyde Park to the shop and was greeted by a friendly girl behind the counter. She talked me through the different items on the menu, I finally decided on the mixed Shawarma - (Roasted thin slices of marinated prime lamb & chicken, sesame oil sauce & garlic sauce, onion, parsley, sweet pepper & tomato) it was amazing! The bread was perfect, the chicken was tasty and the Lamb was the best Lamb Shawarma I've ever had, so soft and juicy. My friend had the Mixed Chicken - (Shish kebab, kofta chicken, chicken wings & shawarma chicken) served on Lebanese bread with salad. It looked amazing when we opened it, and he assures me it tasted amazing too. I'll be trying that next time. For dessert I had the Baklawa, this was amazing too! The girl serving me offered me some free beetroot slices to try, which was really nice of her. I have some Hummus and Lebanese bread to have tomorrow for dinner. If you're looking for a family run, Lebanese/Turkish place for food, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
