I was overwhelmed by the complexity of their menu. The Bon Chon of two years ago which i very much like due to its great chicken and simple approach is gone. It is now being replaced which so many menus and sadlu its identity is gone. I ordered several menu on its list and the price does not meet my expectations. Even the chicken which captured my taste buds before sucks. It is trying to complete with the likes of KFC and Jollibee but pale in comparison. And lastly, the place is so dirty and stink so bad. It's like the staff don't care much. They're there for the salary it seems and don't care about the diners. Management need to look at this particular branch in SM Pampanga. I did not enjoyed my dining experience that particular night and prompted me to go to a drive through of McDonalds after to satiate my otherwise disappointed taste buds.
