Climbed up from Mittlach to this fantastic view point and very friendly Auberge. The food is home cooked and wholesome. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The route down via Lac d'Alenweiher (marked with a yellow cross) is particularly beautiful and a lot less stressful than the direct steep route (marked with a blue triangle).

Wer sich \wie in einem richtigen Restaurant\ fühlen möchte und Wert auf einen schön gedeckten Tisch und Bedienung legt sollte unbedingt reservieren. Wer gerne in der frischen Luft unter freiem Himmel ungezwungen und lecker essen möchte macht es wie wir und viele anderen. Umgeben von einer fantastischen Landschaft einen Platz suchen und an dem kleinen Seitenfenster mit Klingel bestellen und abholen, wenn fertig. Die bisher beste Tourte habe ich heute hier gegessen.

Une bonne auberge, repas marcaire plus que excellent, personnel plus que sympa, point de vue toujours formidable dans le secteur. Pour les points négatifs il y en a quelques uns mais mineurs, pas de pain, beaucoup de monde et donc beaucoup de bruit mais plus la faute des clients, l'accès se fait par des chemins accidentés en voiture cela est remuant mais parfait pour les randonneurs.
