I had a meeting here with their MD, a Mrs Alien Franchise. I sat in the room for an hour waiting for her, and it was only when I'd given up and was leaving noticed her hiding under a table. She screamed and ran off shouting a number of well-known Australian expletives. It is clear she is mad as a box of frogs, and is better suited to a padded cell than a large light rail franchise.
