Updated look and orderly for the most part. Sometimes there are cars in the wrong spot. The lanes are clearly marked alphabetically, however, when you need to find a car, they will be in the wrong spot. Service people are very nice. Also love the break rooms that are fully stocked. The place is very clean so I'm glad they do a good job of that.

I paid a lot of money to get my car out of there tow service and because they were having a show I have to wait 3 days to get my car back and they also would not allow me to come and pick up my children’s car seats. I asked to speak with a manager but the woman kept telling me no she was the only person I could speak to I’m so upset and inconvenienced. I can’t go to work or even get my kids to school.
Thank you to Robert, and Jessica. Greatest people to deal, and work with. I attend Metro Auto Auction due their professionality, and understanding. thank you alot!
They bring good size of neat selection every week.I’m happy so far. No experience with their arbitration or Psi so far, but I assume they follow the same or similar guidelines as other auctions in the area. Great customer service so far as well!!! Thank you guys.
I had some issues with paper work last week, and I wasn't very happy with the out come. However, Robert reached out to me instantly in no time, and got everything sorted out for me. SUPER guy, and very professional. They have sure gained me as a client with their treatment, and understanding. Also, Jessica is defiantly one of the most professional I ever met at any auction. Thank you guys a lot. I love dealing with people who understand small dealers, and support small business's.
