This is a great place to work. They have very good benefits and plenty of opportunity for overtime most of the year. Management is respectful and professional and pretty much everyone there is friendly. If you're looking for a place where you can just show up and get a check this probably isn't the place for you. They don't ask you to work yourself into the ground but you need to be the sort of person that's willing to earn your check. I've been at MWG for almost 25 years and I'm very happy there. I've made some great friends, a decent living, and learned a lot about metal working.

Overall the company is a great place to work. Show up on time everyday, and perform your job duties as expected and you will be fine. The owner of the company constantly invests into his company. For at least 9 to 10 months out of the year overtime is available. If you are lazy, are not punctual, and like to come to work under the influence of whatever, please apply someplace else.
