Great experience, great food! Awesome chef who entertained us with his culinary artistry & tools of his trade! Best been there only 3 days waiter too! Little expensive but was great as a special occasion outing!

Food is always good. PLEASE do something about being so crowd. No-one is 6 ft apart. Walk-in mask on, had to turn sideways to get in and where standing, waiting, next to people eating NO mask I'll NOT GO BACK. 5stars for food, --5 not following RULES

I am very disappointed in Kaze in mesquite. We went there last night for my sons birthday. We sat and waited while all the new people came in and got soup and salad and we never did. I asked our waitress 3 times if we could get soup and salad like everyone around us nothing. Finally the chef came out and was clearly disappointed at the waitress he went and got our soup and salad himself. Our drinks were never refilled not once even after asking her. The food was good but the service and management were horrible. We told them we were there for a birthday party and they didn't sing or anything which is not normal. When we asked to speak to management she came over and said that soup and salad are complementary that we are not charged for it. Like that makes it ok she then said it would be fine if we left a bad review. She could care less. The worst experience ive ever had at a Japanese restaurant.

Waitress and cook were good, but the guy at the front was incredibly rude. When it was time for us to be seated, we were literally told “let’s go” in a very disinterested tone and led to a table without a single glance in our direction. The bathrooms were also absolutely disgusting.

I think they were understaffed today as there was nobody available to greet guest. When someone did arrive, they were rushed ... straight to business ... did you scan the menu ... what menu ... table or habachi? Portions seem to be quite small for the prices paid. I got a friend sushi roll, vegetable egg roll and chicken habachi dinner. Great presentation, food, and conversation. Kept my mask on most of the time but guest forget we are in a pandemic once they get inside. Servers wear mask but not cooks. I am sure this is difficult to manage. It is a risk everytime you step out onto this kind of environment. One habachi center had what looked like 20 participants ... they were all over one another ... on the other side of the room. Check was reasonable and all is well ... I hope. It is what it is.
