I would not recommend this place. After so many incidents I had to pull my child. I just didn't feel like she was safe anymore. The lady in charge didn't seem sincere when she apologized over the phone. All she said was \I'm sorry that happened. I'll talk to my staff\. I'll never take my child back and she unfortunately still remembers what happened to her!!

My sweet girl with Autism can be quite difficult and has to be handled in a positive behavioral environment, and ITC is the place for her. They are wonderful to her, treat her with a lot of respect, listen to her, respond to her, take her on outings and help her deal with the issues she has. They have a well-trained staff that take very good care of her. They have also helped me keep track of how well she is doing and how well her group home does with them and her. The people at ITC have a lot of compassion and want to help in any way possible. Finding ITC has been a great relief to me. I highly recommend ITC for our special loved ones that need a bit of extra help.

ITC East is such a wonderful day program! Since beginning the program in June 2017, our son has flourished! The staff goes above and beyond in taking care of our son and also allowing him the space to grow and be himself... lots of outings, daily activities, projects, etc to keep him entertained and ENGAGED in daily life! We are very thankful to have found such a program for him. He is part of a community where he's safe, looked out for, and respected. <3<3<3<3<3

If I could give them a 0 that’s what I will give them. First of all they don’t know how to take there job professional. They mix professional with friend and family.I had a bad experience .When I first started I was very happy. Enjoying working with the members. As days went by got to see how members got treated .I did not read none of the isp for any member.I asked about the member but didn’t get much information. One of a new staff working there pulled her children out of there. She saw things happening and reported it but I didn’t see anything done .There was two staff that stopped working there for the same reason. Another incident was when they lost members at the mall. Two members lost at the mall for 20 minutes different days .Thats when I went to the main supervisor and told her about the incident .A Couple of days and weeks after talking to the dta supervisor and told everything that was happening. Then she spoke to her “staff” after that, they looked at me differently, and not in a good way, I was able to smile I know I wasn’t doing anything wrong, just keeping my members happy .so that wasn’t enough so the lead decided go around asking the staffs what did I say to them. Most staff got upset. They didn’t think thats right. So I got a call from the main supervisor telling me that I was going to be on call. So I called the dta supervisor she tells me because of seniority reasons. I don’t think it was because of that it’s her “staff” wasn’t comfortable around me, because I would speak up when they would go against article 9. (Let me also mention when I am referring to “staff” I mean the supervisors favorites and family) . I will just pray for members and staff. Its sad that parents have no idea the care that there lives are going through.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Caregivers are not properly trained to work with the clients. The office workers are so desperate for staff they hire anyone. They ask too much from their senior staff and dont pay them enough for the work they do. Trainings with their staff are a joke since new management. Policies and procedures never accurately followed, and incident reports rarely submitted in a timely manner. Some staff dedicated years to this place to become unrecognized or uncared about by management and have lost them as result. As an agency you'd think they'd have incentives for staff to encourage them to stay but they dont. Disorganized agency scrambling at that last minute to get things done or taken care of. The children's side deserve more toys and activities in the rooms because rooms are so barren and plain. Everything bought is secondhand or used and its unfortunate because kids should look forward to coming to their day program. Working on the DTT was stressful. Staff never were properly directed for daily assignments. I really hope this agency gets it together because it has just gone down hill.
