Dr Sampson has been my PCP for about 8 years now and I consider him to be competent and caring. He also runs on time which is pretty rare in the medical profession. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because I agree the office staff is somewhat hit and miss.

Dr. Sampson is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. Very conscientious and thorough. He is the only office I have ever been to that actually does not keep you waiting. You will be seen exactly at your appointment time so don't be late. I highly recommend Dr. Ronald Sampson.

My 92-year-old mother has been seeing Dr. Sampson for 25 years. I accompanied her on her visit yesterday and thank goodness I did because I have never experienced such an incompetent physician's office in my life. I have worked in health care for the last 40 years and cannot imagine how anyone, especially the elderly, can get anything accomplished. It took 4 phone calls, an appointment with Dr. Sampson, two trips to the pharmacy, and another visit back to the office, just to get a blood pressure medication refilled. I went to the pharmacy this afternoon to pick up the prescription. Even though I went back to the office yesterday to make sure they sent the Rx to the correct pharmacy by giving them the address and phone number of the pharmacy, they still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. We're done with this office.
