I have known Dr. Rao since 2006. Dr. Rao is a very humble but very professional doctor in his field of medicine. For one he is a friend for every patient that comes in. He cares and understand fully the scope of his patients medical conditions and that have impressed me so much that I trust my life on him. I firmly endorsed Dr. Rao in all honesty. A decent good man of proper ethics.

New patient, my first appointment was cancelled so they rebooked me for another day. I showed up at my desired time and am going on waiting near an hour. I was told because there was a little old lady taking up his time. Regardless, we all have appointments and commitments and should be treated to our appointment time regardless of age. Rating given due to lack of ability to even see the doctor.

He is awesome staff on other hand does not follow up, However it appears he has new staff as of my last visit they were very friendly but need to adjust evaluation at later date after a few visits
