Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Love my Doctor, hate how I'm treated by everyone else in the office..

Had my routine lab work done yesterday NEVER nor do I suggest anyone go here!! By lunch I was in so much pain I could not even lift a fork. The pain increasingly and progressively got worse. So bad i had a shooting pain to my shoulder scared and in pain my right arm was disabled, I went to the ER and sure enough they said I got Superficial Thrombophlebitis and guess what the paperwork says Causes this problem occurs after INJURY to a VEIN!!! Ridiculous right well I'm supposed to give this a week to heal and paper says in such cases further testing and treatments may be needed. I'm so upset and very disappointed.

A family member tested positive for Covid. I called last week to request paperwork to be tested but I have yet to hear back on the request. This seems to be a pattern. I've had two bone density tests in the last few years and never received results in spite several calls to the office asking about the results. Quite frustrating.

Visited this location because of very bad allergies, allergic rhinitis is what they wrote in my chart. On the good side there was no wait, as there was no one else there. The receptionist was very cordial and helpful. The gentleman who gave me a shot was also very competent, hardly felt it. Here's the issues. I was never told the diagnosis, wasn't told anything except to take 2 benedryl at night along with my regular medications. I tried to get a copy of my visit but was just told no, really? I was concerned about my throat (very raw) and cough very deep but this was not addressed. When I left there was still no one else there, so this wasn't because they were too busy . Then I tried to sign into the portal. I already had a password as I have this same problem every year at this time. It failed, I requested a password change , screen said I was sent a code, it never came. Did a create new user using the same email and password that I had used last year. Had to search to find out how to get to my latest visit. But saw my vitals at least 3 times before that. When I did find it there were a number of other steps that I was advised, at least on the chart to do. When I went to this clinic last year, same problem, they were very helpful and informative so I was quite disappointed . Think I'll be trying a different clinic in the future

I've been to many dr in my past and there have only 2 drs that have made me comfortable. 1 in Washington state and 1 right here. Dr Tinsdale has worked well with my husband and I since both of us are disabled. Thank you
