Very helpful company, but poor at leaving a clean job site. They billed my company by the hour for a concrete truck, which I get, business is business. However, I would atleast expect them to somewhat tidy up the place before the driver leaves. There were concrete chunks left all over. Good prices and nice people but poor workmanship.

I don't understand the negative comments about this company. I was a mechanic here for almost 2yrs and these people are friendly,humble and respectful. I've never worked for a small or large company that has more passion in what they do and concern for quality product and customer service. People will be late it happens especially in a highly congested city where drivers have no concern for big trucks. Last As I checked there's a fee for credit cards anywhere you go and I've been all over the states and world for that matter. If you don't know about credit card fees then crawl out from under that rock.as for quality of finish, last time I checked that depends on whose finishing the job. You don't like the finish then keep practicing or hire a better flat work finisher. I've seen amazing results from their concrete. A team keep up the good work,after all it's why you're still competing and surviving against the big national companies.
I ordered 60 yards of concrete from these guys. I had a pump truck onsite charging me by the hour. They were over 2 hours late to show up with the first truck and then over an hour late with the last truck. This cost me substantially when I was billed by the pump company for standby time. On top of that, they charged me additional for the credit card use, and also fuel charges of 240. This should have been disclosed up front, but there were no mention of this prior to being billed for it. When attempting to reach Rick, the owner, he constantly dodged my calls or was told he would call me back. So far they have not done anything to accommodate this. I would not advise giving them your business as they are not ethical in their policies. They do not return calls, and will not work with you on any errors.
Do not order concrete from this company. The driver John didn't tell me until the very end that they had to clean out his shoot in our front yard which left us about a half a yard of concrete to dispose of our self. We had two big wheel barrels and five or six buckets full of concrete that we had to dispose of. He was also spraying down his shoot in our front yard which got concrete splatter all over our house and are rocks in our front yard. The manager Rick ignored me for 3 weeks until today he told me there was nothing he could do except if I brought down the concrete that had hardened up already that he would dispose of it but he could not do anything about the mess in our front yard that is part of the delivery.
Brigit In the office was on the ball. And drivers were on time and professional. Great service.
