The is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. Dr. Allen is so caring, tentative and inspiring. He listens to your concerns and helps you make a plan specifically for you, that you understand. Every time I come to an appointment I feel much better about my health. I don't stress out about going to a doctor's appointment anymore.

This place is terrible! Whoever is working the front desk and not returning phone calls needs to be fired or something. I went for prescriptions and a checkup. My brace company hasn’t received anything in weeks from them. I see Dr Allen and all he did was talk to me, did no tests/check up or anything really. I hadn’t been in for a checkup in years. He was a really nice guy though. I’ve called and left multiple messages with no return phone call. I was very clear in every message too. I’m extremely disappointed in this place

I have been trying to schedule an appointment and or getting my prescription refilled and have not been able to get an answer in 6 days. Multiple calls and voicemails... no response The doctor Justin was awesome no issues there

I called to make an appointment after getting into a traumatic car accident. They told me I had TO PAY A FEE OF 216 DOLLARS TO GET CHECKED OUT AFTER I TOLD THEM I HAVE LEG INJURIES! ( I am fully insured) This place is making money off of people going through traumatic experiences and they don’t even care! The lady on the phone was rude, she didn’t care or empathize. I cannot believe the experience I just had.

To Allen Family Medicine, I absolutely love the doctors here and nurses they are wonderful and extremely caring, insightful and very efficient. However I been coming here for 7 years so far and always had great kind and professional candor with staff, never a problem with the front desk patient/ guest service... till now the new girl with the red bow in her hair with a huge problem in social communication....yeah she not only tried to tell me in a demeaning tone to over charge me for some paper work, but the fact I spoke with 2 representatives prior who told me I wouldn't need to pay a big fee maybe a very low cost or nothing because of my insurance, she had tried to argue with me that I have to pay a riddiculously large fee as if I was being rude to her....I felt discriminated by how she treated me and spoke to me after I mentioned my last name ( which it is hispanic orgin). Even though I had spoken calmly and very kindly asking where did the large fee come from and if she could check with her supervisor because I'm not going to be over paying for the wrong type of documentation. Sure enough she came back and explained that my fee was at a lower cost indeed as her supervisor said for the type of documentation. She never apologized and continued to be rude. Please facility management if you can do something ...do it, I know many people who could do a better job than that and learn their policies or how to do their job more humbly and diligent. Or please encourage her to learn better skills so that she can handel the job, train her ! Or hire someone who actually possesses those qualities. Please find canidates with a growth mentality and personality that fits. No one needs to be treated like this. Imagine your family member being treated like this... - 12/10/2020
