AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Their rude when you call them..they also accused us of not paying them!! They then took 2weeks to collect the skip only to smash through our garden fence then tried to cover it up, when we called they blamed us for the position of the skip! Horrendous service, 1st time to use them as our regular firm were so busy, Never again!!!!

Avoid! Supposed to have the skip delivered Friday after ordering on tuesday, No sign of skip by 2pm, so rung the company and they had apparently been trying to ring me, but they had the wrong number. They Promised it would be delivered saturday morning. I accepted this and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Again no sign of the skip by 11 even though i was assured it would be first thing, he said he would ring me back in about 5 minutes, No call after an hour so i rung back. A lady answered on loud speaker and asked if i could get it delivered later on or this afternoon. After a total shambles i told them it had to be today as i cant wait until tomorrow. So the 'lovely' man in the background told me to go and find another company ! I have Never ever encountered somebody so rude in all my life. I ordered this skip for my own house, and wanted another straight after for my business. Due to the customer service of this company i will never ring them again, and i urge no one else to ring them as they will only be let down! If i could give 0 stars i would
Fast delivering and fast picking up. Will use again in the future. Great service.
Ordered a skip to be delivered the following Monday but they were a no show. When we called the following day we were told a skip would be delivered same day, called again that afternoon to be told that they had a shortage. Shocking service. Wouldn't reccomend
