Staff don't know what they are doing. Ordered food online as I always do however, never used this marks and Spencer before. And won't ever again. Stood in a line for 15 mins only to be told at the door I could have came straight in for food order ????? No signs to tell you that clueless!!!!!

Gees they say people struggling first time in many years I decided to buy a cake from here ...there is a queque outside the shope a mile long and only for food! It's ridiculous better start baking yourself. Gees and they coming out with empty trolleys so what's the point to wait if you not gone buy ...geeesss Morrisons no queques Asda free for all I think elderly likes queques...give them a sense of purpose...I think.....and they the only ones who can afford to waste time and money in MS I not doing this again...

It was good to get a Marks and Spencer in Merthyr. Sadly the clothes no longer have any appeal to me. However the underwear carries on as ever! The food Hall is good and can even offer reduced bargains and good offers. The staff are always pleasant and it was definitely a good addition to the shopping choice in this area.
