Outstanding customer service and first class flooring from Just Carpets. I've used JC several times over the years and they have never fallen short of my expectations. This time around, Elliot deserves special mention for facilitating several changes by me, always with courtesy and a o problem\ attitude. My house has been newly floored throughout and the property has never looked better. Great product range, very competitive pricing and superb service, look nowhere else.

Couldn’t deliver on time after nearly a 2 month wait only to tell me less than 24hrs before Fitting that it won’t be available for another 2/3weeks,
They only get 2 stars because of Elliot who has been very polite and tried to be helpful. Fitter failed to show after taking day off work. Fitter couldn't be contacted and has failed to return calls. Still haven't been contacted by him.
Excellent customer service wouldn't go anywhere else
