Went here last Monday morning and received very poor customer service. Told the boy the model of cooker I wanted and that I would like it in black, he looked at ipad and said it wasn't available in black. I said well it is offering black online. After looking again he said it did come in black but was on display. Clearly he was new to the role which is fine, but there was no interaction even though I tried to make conversation. I had it on credit and this took a long time I didn't mind that as he was new, but he made me feel like I was being a nuisance and he was doing me a favor serving me.He really needs to work on social skills. Though I must say the men that installed the cooker were fantastic.

Just went to buy a microwave. Saw one on display with a price tag of 119. Took it to the till and was told it was 170. Turned out it had the wrong price tag attached. Looked at another one on display for 99. Checked with the staff there that this one was the correct price that took another 10 minutes to be told there was none in stock. What a joke. Took a good 40 minutes ( which included 10 minutes queuing outside) to come away with nothing. Won't be going there again. Staff didn't know what they were doing.
