Lovely staff, and very helpful. Ordered and payed for a bed, waiting 6 weeks for delivery. I rang for delivery time, after disposing of my bed, I was told delivery had been cancelled, because the bed have been discontinued. Not the staff in the store's fault, but what a shambles. Won't be shopping with them again

Had a stair carpet fitted, not long after noticed that on one of the stairs they had patched it up with two parts that had started to form a gap. I told them and they replaced one stair. Not long after all the threshhold bars split.
