I had the miss fortune to using this service to clean my home prior to handing it back to the Landlord and Agency. Currently the landlord is refusing to release my security deposit as he is wanting to deduct the cost of a clean as he believes that it is not to a satisfactory standard. The receipt I first received was a hand written scribble dribble which naturally the landlord refused. I requested a professional receipt and what I got so far has the wrong address. Issue is still ongoing…. Most notably the oven has not been done as you can see by the attached pix. The derby office is completely non contactable and I was in a Que for over 45 min while on the chat room with merry maids. I was instructed to hang up. My case was escalated to the brand manager and it took the brand manager over 4 days to get a response from the derby office. Which resulted in my address being wrong on the receipt..... Update 05/12/17: With the deposit dispute going through TDS, further cleaning costs were awarded to the landlord so clearly Merry Maids guarantee Pass is not worth the Paper it’s written on for TDS.
