So far so good! Just be Mindful when dealing with the African American Community Such as myself that a Sun tan is not a Rash. i was put on block list due to bandage concealment but Specialist later fixed the issue and i was able to continue donating. I am a proud veteran of the united states army and has lived in Brickshire Merriville community for over 5 years!!!!!! The staff treats everybody with respect, and for the most part due thier job.

This place is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The ppl that work here has very bad attitudes. I was a new donor and had to go through the process twice. On top of that I made my appointment time and they had to reschedule later me 2 hours later. The lady Debra took my blood pressure wrong. This place is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will definitely be going to CSL plasma center instead.
Great staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, made a nervous nelly like me feel at ease. Very clean too!
