Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to use Merlins services as our wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19. While this was disappointing for us, the team at Merlins was professional, responsive, and flexible in handling our situation and we were able to quickly arrive at an amenable solution.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to everyone who helped make the wedding run smoothly. Everyone complimented on the food and the staff. They were all so polite and extremely helpful. Couldn’t have wished for anything more so THANK YOU all again x
Merlins catered for our wedding at Highcliffe Castle. Holly was very helpful in getting us all set up and helping is choose our menu. We had pate, lamb shank and profiteroles and the food was utterly delicious. Many of our guests commented on how great the meal had been. We also had an evening buffet but I was too busy on the dance floor to appreciate it. However I'm told it was \the stuff dreams are made of\ so it sounds like I missed out.
Merlin Catering recently managed our wedding day and the food was amazing. I cannot thank them enough and say how good the staff, food and setup was. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable caterer
