I had three different items from the food menu and two items from the drink menu. All of them were amazing. The margarita is perfect!
November and we sat on the patio watching the world go by and had wonderful drinks, food and service. The cornbread, mac and cheese and chicken were so good. My drink was an old fashion and they did a top-notch job [not the norm]. Jillian was a perfect server, allowing us to take our time and enjoy the night. Jillian sat we up and I went back to the hotel happily swing more drinks in a plastic bag. Thanks to all at Merle's.
GET THE FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH. Seriously tho, very friendly staff, nicely spaced out outdoor seating to comply with current COVID regulations. If you’re visiting Louisville, try this spot! The Mac N Cheese is also very good.
First time in Louisville and it was suggested that my friend and I try this place. It was AMAZING. The mac n cheese was so flavorful and the cornbread was some of the best I've ever had. Our waiter Nicole was nice and made sure we got everything we needed. I would defintely make a trip from GA again just for this food.
