Had a few good experiences with Merityre, up to the last one. I had my pickup truck in for a MOT and a tyre change ( after a bulge was discovered on one of them). I agreed that they would change the tyre for me and re do the MOT. I had my mrs pick up the truck, and next day i’ve noticed that the tyre they put in it’s totally different from the others i had on my truck more like a mud tyre whether the original one was a A/T tyre. I have contacted them to see if there is a solution, but they refused any action, saying it’s a awkward size to get ?! Surely should have asked me if i’m ok with that before installing You can see in the photos the differences between the 2 tyres... Won’t be going back I’m afraid
1st Class customer service! Had a guy called Haden help me with my car tyre who did as much as he could to make sure I was happy with everything and he performed the switch very quickly. Everyone working there is welcoming. Highly recommended :)
I went to sunbury cross merityre to ask for a quote on my car for new front car tyres to be potentially done. I am a new customer and have never been there before. I had parked my car down the road and walked up to the garage. After asking for a quote the man who I spoke to at reception said if I could move my car to the customer bay as he was free to look at it today. So I moved it and went back into to speak to the same man and told him I have moved my car around to the customers bay. He said yes give me a couple if minutes so I went back to my car. I waited for 25 minutes for him to come and look at my car. I then saw him getting in the signs to close up at 5.45pm when they do not shut untill 6pm and I had already been waiting 25 minutes for the man to give me the quote. I then got out of my car to speak to the man however he went inside and got a cigarette and started smoking that. When I waved at his to remind him I was still waiting for my quote he simply hid in the arch of the door way and continued to stay there so I left as I thought my business was not needed to them. As smoking was a priority. I was super angry that I had waiting for 25 minutes for a quote that never happened. I will not be using this service ever.
