Fantastic wedding venue. Lots of car parking and a well run function hall. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Venue is large and well equipped. Clean and gleaming fittings!
This is a great venue space, particularly excellent for hosting wedding receptions. The staff are friendly, they provide catering and security to all events taking place. In addition to this, there is a bar that serves a variety of drinks to suit each venue, as well as a big car park onsite to facilitate to guests attending. Definitely a recommended venue space.
If i could leave 0 starts i would! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS VENUE!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FAIL TO PROVIDE A SERVICE IN RETURN. We booked prior to Covid-19 and the dates fell during the national lockdown, meaning the wedding could not go ahead under any circumstances by LAW; BUT in the CLAUSES of their manipulatory contract, there seems to be no way of retracting funds that have been paid prior. ALL they care about is keeping YOUR money and have no care for customers - disgusting. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOURSELVES AND DO NOT BOOK!
Absolutely awful experience. Everyone's wedding that was meant to happen during this Covid-19 lockdown, Meridian Grand have retained all the money for the wedding event. Not only the deposit but the full amount is taken which is roughly around over 30,000. They have not refunded any money and they have not provided a service! All they care about is the money and not customer satisfaction. It is at times like this that their true colours have shown. I would strongly recommend not to go ahead with this venue, they only take bank transfers no credit card payments, so we are unable to obtain our money back. They are absolute FRAUDS.
