Up to 2020 I never had a problem with them, but last year they really showed their true colours. When the country went into lockdown 23/3/20 I was unsure whether I was entitled to furlough. Meridian kept sending texts saying they would look into it. I found out through the news and looking online that we were entitled but after 9 weeks with no pay apart from using up my holiday hours I got nothing. Also now they've started calculating the holiday pay so you get less per hour. So unless no other agency will take you, dont work for these.
