Every time we go to IL, we will come here. This time the food is as good as ever. Our waiters were very welcoming and took us on a tour of the exquisite kitchen. This meal is as happy as ever!

Merichka's is a Joliet landmark restaurant. Known for it's giant poor boys and double baked potatoes, you'll ever leave hungry. This is what my lovely wife had on our date night. I opted for the broiled cod and steamed vegetables . Both dinners came with a salad and my wife got a potato soup as well. Everything was perfectly made and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and cozy. Its a great place for a date As! As my grandfather would say \it's where you would take your best girl

One of my favorite spots to go to when I come in town, Big portions & the best yodel burger or poor boy in town. With twice baked potatoes and a different twist on onion rings you can’t go wrong

Wonderful old school vibe with food and greasy sandwiches that the locals love. Noone can say no to a poor boy yum yum. Large meal. Plenty of seating. Prices are a bit higher than a sandwich shop though.
